Thanks, Spoon! Excellent; very helpful.
I do finally believe I'm all set and understand everything.
Help very much appreciated!Comment

Spoon - except that 'Conductor' does not show if I delete it from:
CD Ripper Settings > Meta Data & ID Tag Options button > Custom & Fixed Value Tags
Why is this, please? 'Conductor' is checked in:
CD Ripper Settings > Meta Data & ID Tag Options button > ID Tags > Write ID Tags
'Conductor' is not fixed value, of course; it changes with each CD. But it's not custom, is it - surely. 'Conductor' is checked in all the other places where I understand it needs to be.
I'm sorry. I thought I understood it. What am I missing? Thanks in advance!

It is unlikely any online database would have conductor, you would have to type it into the tags before ripping.👍 1Comment

No, it will be there if you click the Meta tab, you would have to edit any tags which need filling.Comment

I'm confused: the only way I can make the (albeit empty) 'Conductor' field appear in the Meta tab (vertical at the bottom) is if I first add it to:
CD Ripper Settings > Meta Data & ID Tag Options button > Custom & Fixed Value TagsComment

At the end of the tag list is [add new tag], however if you will always have conductor, yes add a custom tag and set to nothing.😀 1Comment
