CD Ripper reporting Drive Not Found?

I've been using dbPoweramp for a good few years now. My current setup is using a USB enclosure with an Asus BW-16D1HT. It has no issues with any other software, i.e. MakeMKV.

I use Bitdefender: Total Security but it can't be blocking the device otherwise MakeMKV wouldn't work.

    Any thoughts?

dBpoweramp Control Center >> advanced >> enable debug log,

start CD Ripper and get to where it says no drive, then quit and post the log which shows here please.

Something has blocked the SCSI information call, either try starting Windows in Safe mode, or right click on cdgrab.exe in the install folder >> Run as Administrator
