Re: Newly Registered Asset UPnP Very Slow To Respond and Sticks Playing on Home Theat
I have to say I am quite ignorant about my home network. The shop I bought the home theatre from last year told me that they used Asset UPnP on their shop network, and suggested I try it at home. So I installed the Free version on my laptop, and was pleasantly surprised to find that the Home theatre identified it and was able to play tracks from it, no problem. I just assumed that Asset UPnP on my laptop used the same wireless connection to the modem that Internet Explorer and Microsoft Outlook used to access the internet.
The reason why I decided to upgrade to the registered version is that I wanted to start making Playlists to use, because having 6000+ tracks makes it hard to find tracks to play at parties, etc. So I have been seen comments on the forums that you need the registered version to set-up and access your own manually created M3U playlists from your PC.
But now I can't seem to access any music from my laptop on my Home Theatre, on both the Free and Registered versions.
