-desiredb= setting in CLI

Hi. When using CD Ripper to make regkey adjustments for later use with CLI, what does the parameter -desiredb= actually mean?

is it
(a) a post EBU analysis db adjustment up/down (the value set for -desireddb= is actually the amount to raise or lower after EBU analysis is complete)

(b) the target loudness expressed in db instead of LUFS

(c) something else
