    Problems purchasing lookups

    Have just purchased 1000 AMG lookups.

    Purchase system was supremely confusing: I was asked for my user name - although one was displayed. I followed the instructions in the help file and created a new account, and was given a new user name (so what was the old one for).

    I was also prompted for an email address.

    I submitted a paypal payment - which was accepted - my account shows the invoice.

    But the batch ripper shows no lookups remaining.

    How do I get a fix/refund?
