Installation problems

After using the latest music converter and being very impressed I decided to purchase it and download the registered version to my macbook.
Download was ok, open download and copied music converter to applications folder.
Opened the applications folder and picked on the music converter...

I previously had Batch Ripper installed and running fine with my Nimbie. I hadn't used it for a while. When I ran it yesterday, it presented me with the dbPoweramp Licence Details Box stating:
