My any CD/DVD NOT recognized anymore !?

Need help

After I installed DBpowerAMP, my PC could not recognize any CD/DVD (incl.data, Audio etc..)
I ve two same PC on WIN XP and both same result.
Seems, it's confliction between other audio applications, however Without starting any applications, windows XP...

I have a large CD library of over 5000 CDs. I've encountered quite a few instances where the cd ripper does not recognize the disc. They aren't scratched. They are playable by media player and wimamp and they aren't in any formats such as SACD, etc. Any ideas as what could be causing this? I don't...
