My any CD/DVD NOT recognized anymore !?

Need help

After I installed DBpowerAMP, my PC could not recognize any CD/DVD (incl.data, Audio etc..)
I ve two same PC on WIN XP and both same result.
Seems, it's confliction between other audio applications, however Without starting any applications, windows XP explorer ignores always my CD or DVD and in 15 secs, it's ejected auto matically. :(
I re-installed all audio applications like "itunes" and also My External Matshita DVD writer driver.
and nothings ve changed.
Any idea ?

If you restart your computer, full shut down, then there cannot be any dBpoweramp program running, test your drive then with another program.

seems, My DVD writer has PHYSICAL problem (possiblly too exhausted) :(
Surely this problem "DBpowerAMP" has provoked this confliction but I must try first with other external DVD player.
