  • Error connecting to accuaraterip, please check your settings.

Hi so I'm well aware there has been countless threads regarding this issue.

However, I have been using dbpoweramp for two years without any problems, and it just so happens I've upgraded my license and installed the latest version to find that none of the CDs I rip are in the database....

Multiple Drives - Change Discs in Inactive?

It seems to me that if I'm ripping with multiple drives and one is done, it doesn't let you eject that disc and replace it to start on another disc. Is this correct? Is there any plan for a more robust multi-drive setup? I have a feeling I'm a fringe case using more than 5 drives at once.

CD ripper doesn't recognise tracks from CD

I'm attempting to rip a CD using the latest trial version of dbPoweramp but it only recognises one track and gets the metadata completely wrong. I've manually lookup up the album details via Discogs URL https://www.discogs.com/release/3402...hedelic-Worlds which gets picked...

Can No Longer Rip in Secure Mode

Unfortunately, I was playing around with the settings and now Secure mode won't work, I get perpetual 0% ripping. I tried uninstalling dbpoweramp and reinstalling but makes no difference, I guess it kept my last settings. Can someone tell me where I might have gone wrong?

    Thanks

  • Track is "unsecure" on 3 different copies of CD and general question re best settings

I've been using CD Ripper for over a year now. Now and then I experience a track that is "unsecure," generally with a used CD. I buy (and already own) a lot of used CDs, and this happens maybe 1 out of 30 or 40 CDs, and I assume that is just part of life ripping CDs. But a few weeks ago, when...

    Possible Inconsistent naming behavior

I recently noticed something that possibly started with the 2026-04-03 version impacting filenames with diacritics.

This is my dynamic naming convention I have been using for some time as background:

    [IFVALUE]album artist,[album artist],[IFCOMP]Various Artists[][IF!COMP][artist][][]/[album]/[IFMULTI][SETLEN]2,48,,[disc][]-[][track]...

I rip all tracks as one so I don't get distracted while driving.

When I view or go to edit a particular Disc, I get: Music\Audiobooks\Author\Title\Author\Title, disc # (1,2,3,etc.)...

    CD not in AccurateRip Database?

Hello, I've been using dbpoweramp's CD Ripper for the last year to rip my music CD's to the FLAC audio format so I can have my physical collection, and a digital version, I recently purchased a CD called "The Final Countdown The Best of Europe", it is a 2 disc set with the barcode Number/SKU...

    CD Drive Accuracy 2026

    Top Drives

AccurateRip collects data from all drives, normally this is only used to verify a disc is accurate, but can be reversed to calculate which drives are the most accurate (as measured by lowest % inaccurate tracks), on the basis that people who have a drive would have the same number...
