How to reinstall Nero AAC with DBPoweramp 15.1?

How can Nero AAC be re-installed in DBPowerAmp 15.1?

I install the old Nero AAC Codec for DBPoweramp, but it simply does not work in DBPowerAmp 15.1.

How can this be functional again in 15.1? I tried the CLI DLL and the FDK DLL and it still does not work.

I've got these files I pulled using Streamripper and DbPoweramp can't decode them at all.

They play fine in Winamp though. It's an AAC file extension but DMC just can't decode it. Give me the "File is AAC?" error.

Any ideas? I can upload the file if you want...

It says CBR 320, but it varies from 320 - 336 or something, which makes it not work properly on my Zune.

Is there any way I can set a max bitrate to 320 so it works for me? Thanks!
