I recon this shouldn't be too difficult as most of what's required should already be in the other util codecs...
1) Copy the contents of one tag to another
2) Copy and edit the contents of a tag to another
3) Append additional info to the existing contents of a tag
An interface something like...
Title="[album]"
Title="[album], part [track number]"
Title="[title], featuring Someone Famous"
With support for custom tags like in Vorbis Flac tags too please!
