ADD-ON for Aux Input

Hi everybody from DB team, I was listening to the radio,(connected to my Aux port in my sound card) and a great song started to play... But I took about 20 seconds to start and setup the Aux input. I was wondering, if a .exe, like control Freak on AMP, could start Aux input and start Recording right away using .wav or mp3 in a previously set bit rate. This would enable me to record from FM without losing much of the song.
