Hi there,
I recently bought a new IPod Nano and fell in love with the latest craze - enhanced podcasting. This allows users to view time-based images (1 fps) while listening to the podcast as well as supports bookmarks and HTML links inside the audiostream.
Unfortunately,
a) Only AAC (m4a, m4b) encoded files appear to be supported
and worse
b) Only Mac software can be used to encode the enhanced audiostream, using the bookmark software from Apple. Boohooh!!!
Does anybody know of Windows-based software that allows me to make enhanced podcasts. It appears that the Apple bookmark software really is Unix based, but that there is no Windows GUI around to play with.
To see / listen to a recently created enhanced podcast - go to the Dance Department site.
Please let me know if you can help!!!
