Codec for APL (Monkey's Audio)

Hello,
I've downloaded a file with an .APE and and lots of .APL in it. I know that each APL file is a kind of tag wich allows the decoder to extract the whole APE file in separate .mp3 files, each one corresponding to one music. dbpowerAMP codec central has just a codec for APE files. Would that be a codec for APL files too?

.apl is a ape playlist file AFAIK.
