Pause during conversion

Hi,

I just tried this proggy for the first time, and I must say it's much faster and easier than any other solutions I've tried!!! Super great to see cool open-source programs that *just work*!

I just have one suggestion: Add a pause/resume button while converting. Since conversion takes almost 100% of the CPU time, it's sometime frustrating when converting lots of files.
