Replace freedb support with MusicBrainz

I don't know what most of your personal opinion of the MusicBrainz project is, but after checking it out myself I have come to prefer it to freedb.

Replacing the dBPowerAmp's freedb feature with MusicBrainz would definitely be a big plus in my eyes.
