DSP function to combine two MP3 tracks

Is there a simple Power Pack DSP function to combine two MP3 tracks together?

Or add one track to the opening of all the MP3 recordings being converted as a DSP feature?

This would be a grand function!

    No, there's no such function.

You can use the program Audacity to edit one of them and add the other one at the end I suppose.

But if you're looking for an automated procedure, that wouldn't be it.

What you can also do is burn an audio cd with 2 tracks and re-rip it using the option Rip as One.

Thanks for the quick response, Christina.

I really like DBPOWERAMP's batch features, but I was looking for a program to batch add a sound clip in front of several hundred MP3 files that are already encoded.

Do you know of any other programs that can batch combine a large number of Mp3 files (or rather combine one Mp3 segement on the front of a large number of Mp3 files?)

        Sorry, no.

I dont' knwo what your needs are, really.

For my own type of usage, if I wanted something lke this I would create meta files which would include the lead audio file followed by the regular file. Playing would be done through the meta file, so you always hear one followed by the other.

With mp3 files you can make (using Notepad) an m3u file with 2 lines like this:
        lead_audio.mp3
        my_regular_audio.mp3
and this could be named optionally my_regular_audio.m3u .

But as I said, it depends on what usage you make of it.

And again, this is not a batch process.
