Plug-in Request
First off - I LOVE this app and all it's associated counterparts. It is by far the most versatile and intuitive product of its kind. I recommend it whenever I can.
That being said, I am now trying to get away from using WinAmp as my main player - the new version is a resource HOG and it's getting to be a bit cumbersome. The dbpowerAMP player is nice and simple with low overhead.
However, there is one feature, a user developed plug-in, that I have come to love in WinAmp that doesn't appear to be an option with the dbpowerAMP player: There are a number of TCP and/or Telnet control plug-ins available for WinAmp. This allows WinAmp to be controlled & queried from a Telnet window, or a browser from a web-enabled handheld device or home automation system, etc. Is there anything available or in the works to add this capability to the dbpowerAMP player?
