folder -> same folder batch coversion

if i do is there any way for me to do a folder -> same folder batch coversion...

u have folders like this

Music
-Album 1
-- A1 - Track 1
-- A1 - Track 2
-- A1 - Track 3
-Album 2
-- A2 - Track 1
-- A2 - Track 2

u could convert them so the tracks come out in the same folders not just all in one folder (obviously everyone has far more than 5 tracks in 2 albums lol)

because when i converted all my music from one folder to another i had to do it folder by folder, if i didnt want to lose my organisation of my files and folders
