Tag editing

Bring back the "Edit Tag" right ckick for "Explorer ID Tag Properties Pages " option in the next dmc release. I really, really liked that option. I like to be able to change multiple file tags at the same time. This option was really helpful.

Right click on multiple files and select 'Edit Tag'
