dbpoweramp to convert jpg to gif (read, please)

    As the title says.

Its a crazy, non-audio technical idea. But, it would indeed be practical! Mass converting gif to jpg or vice versa. The layout of the current dbpoweramp could be used.

Here is alittle thing I whipped together:

    Now wouldnt this be great?

Extra options such as "resize all images to 60x60 pixels" or something, could be added.

LOL! I hope you're not in the process of writing this program because many already do this.

Paint Shop Pro 4 (shareware) does this beautifully through batch conversion. :D

Go ahead and write it then - it will be a good exercise in programming. You may want to use a different name though - dBpowerAMP is already taken :D

I have difficulties in just staying update for audio, if there were 3 of me I would venture into the video conversion market, but I am but 1.

                Sheeesh-
Just wanna batch convert images from one format to another?

Try Ifran View it's one of the most popular freeware programs ever. It's an image converter/editor first and foremost but it does more. It's a very small proggy, and will play many video files, and will also play MP3, quicktime, Real Audio and other media files with the proper FREE plug ins.

                Its a bare-bones GUI tho.

Check it out, I highly recommend it.
