First off, please understand that dBpowerAMP Music Converter (dMC) will not be able to convert encrypted wma music files except by recording them as you play them using the Auxilary Input program which is an add-on to dMC (it must be dowloaded and installed separately, its free).
To convert unencrypted files you will need to download the appropriate files from Codec Central. Codec Centeral is listed as one of the Quick Links near the top of this page. Please follow the directions closely since there may be more than one file you need to download. Download and install these and you should be ready to go (unless your files are encrypted in which case you may need to check this forum on recording from your soundcard).
