Search on bit rate ???

is it possible to search your mp3 collection by using a bit rate ??
example 128 kbps
i have a lot off low bit rate mp3 (talking over bitrate 128 or less) that i would convert to normal bit rate (192kbps).

If you get dBpowerAMP Audio Player, add the files to the collection then sort on bitrate, select some >> right click >> convert to
