The list of presets for lame is missing "alt-preset medium" (it may be new, I'm seeing it in v. 3.96)

Try the Lame CLI Command line encoder (in Codec Central), I dont think that preset is exposed in the lame.dll.

sorry spoon a question
i downloaded the last lame version
and i copied in the dBpowerAMP dir
but when i select Extreme preset dBpowerAMP encode but not in etreme preset!
i compared with the lame.exe

You mean the files created are different?, to compare files you need the same version of lame.exe and the dll
