Broadcast to another PC on a network

Is their any way to broadcast what I am listening to, over my network to another PC in another room. If their is how do I do it?

dbpoweramp doesn't support streaming just yet. i have been discussing some network issues with Spoon in this thresad: http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/showthread.php?t=2335

if you can give some report on your findings that might be helpfull also.
