AC3 to wav Converter

I think a great converter/ codec for dbpoweramp would be AC3 conversion so AC3 files can be converted to wav, mp3 or ogg etc.

I'm not sure if this is possible but it would be great if it was.

Encoding to ac3 would be excellent (besweet is a little hard to use). This would make authoring dvds of home videos a lot easier (and allow me to lessen the space in my closet taken up by picnic footage, etc.).
