LoL, just a little oddity

In the skins submenu, it shows the available skins. Thats great. But below, it just says "Never, Each Start, Every __ Minutes" as three options, but for what?? You might want to label that in future releases to avoid confusion in the future...p.s. what does that do? check for skins?

It is the Random skin selector.

This reminds me ...
could we have a function to skip to random skin... ? I know that the new button would be a problem for the old skins, but, maybe something like double-click on the active skin ?
