Running multiple instances of CD Ripper at the same time on multiple CD drives

When running running multiple instances of CD Ripper at the same time on multiple CD drives, each launch of Ripper defaults to the same drive.

Also there's no way to set up separate launch icons pointing to separate drives.

I don't know, maybe another approach to simultaneous multi-drive would be better, but I like the basic CD Ripper functionality and interface, I don't think a batch approach would work as well, especially with CDs (and drives) of varying quality.
