MP3 tag Export for MP4 Tag Encoding

I don't know if this exists, but I would like to have an option to export the tag info of an entire folder's worth of MP3s (save it to a list) and have that list used for the tagging of MP4s (which I would encode from the original wav files). I don't want to transcode and I would hate to re-enter all that tag info. How 'bout it? Any ideas?

Magnus has written the Rolls ROyce of MP3 taggers.... it will do exactly what you are asking.
The proggie is freeware with a banner ad, or US$19.95 for a lifetime registration (including free updates forever).
