I am in need of a real audio to mp3 converter. If anyone could help me in finding one or sending me one. That would be very helpfull.

Converts to wav, then use dmc to convert to mp3.

Can't DMC aux in do the job?....downladed and installed it ages ago....nbever used it...lol but ii wonder if it could work for you....

Why don't you download the RA codecs from Codec central and use the music converter to convert to mp3? Or am I missing something here?
