These Converters, Just Wish That Db Power Would Write A Plug Inn That Will Allow You To Convert A Midi Audio File Into A Wave File
Just Like You Can Convert A Wave To Mp3 & So On
& Wish It Was Free.....full Program No Limitations

Search the forums. There is a procedure using the Auxilary Input plug-in to convert midi to wave.

There are a few programs that create a midi file from an audio file. The results aren't all that great at all. You get at best an approximation of the basic melody.

There's WIDI from http://www.widisoft.com/ and another is AmazingMidi from http://www.pluto.dti.ne.jp/~araki/amazingmidi/.

Be warned, the results are quite poor audio-wise. But you could use this in conjunction with a notation program to at least produce a basic score of the melody line.
