PerfectTunes: Query builder

Even a relatively primitive and/or/not/greater-lessthan query builder would be invaluable. Even without wildcard support. Example scenarios:

* ARTIST = Lindsey Buckingham AND ARTIST != Fleetwood Mac
* COMPOSER = Beethoven and DATE > 1900
