I'm burnning a VCD for a friend of mine and was wondering when/if/how you can rip an mp3 to mpeg. I've seen files on kazaa, slsk, ect. that are compressed like mp3's and take up the same size, but are in mpeg format so you could put them on the DVD player. I assume none of my friends have a DVD player that can play mp3's, so I need to convert them to mpg.
Does anybody know if it's possible with another program or if it will become possible with dB PowerAmp Music Converter?
