Please fix 'folder.jpg Preserve' DSP in Multi Encoder

I'm surprised this wasn't fixed after version 15. In case it has gone unnoticed, the folder.jpg Preserve DSP doesn't do anything if you're using Multi Encoder. As I stare at 18 folders I'm about to manually copy folder.jpg to, I am reminded how much I wish this feature actually worked outside of single encoder operations.

After all this time, folder.jpg Preserve still doesn't work if you try using it with Multi Encoder. Can't we take a serious look at fixing this old problem? It's a real pain whenever I'd like to make 320 and V0 MP3s simultaneously.
