I have been using dbpower amp and was satisfied with it until a few minutes ago. I went to the arrange files option in the music collection heading and selecting my music folder (didnt notice the arrange files part, I thought it was just used to link your music directory so you dont have to manually update it). It completely *blooper**blooper**blooper**blooper*ed up my music folder, reanging my 10,000 songs that were perfectly arranged by Album. The rearangement is completely terrible and will take days to fix. Please do away with retarded option.

Re: GET RID OF "ARRANGE FILES" OPTION!!!!!
I personally think the arrange music option is excellent as I have my mp3's sorted by band then album, and if the ID3 Tags are set up correctly it organises them in seconds.
For you to resort them how you want 'em, just make sure all the mp3's to be sorted are in MMC and their ID3 tags are up to date then do as you did before, but rearrange them into your folder structure.

Re: GET RID OF "ARRANGE FILES" OPTION!!!!!
Right now I'm using the Arrange Files option like crazy! The ripper I'm using (PlexTools) doesn't allow me to put the track number in the tags, so I rip in one place, import them into MMC for retagging, then use Arrange Files to place them in their final destinationComment

The arrange option does not touch the tags in anyway, infact the mp3 file is only read from. I will rename the file only.Comment

Re: GET RID OF "ARRANGE FILES" OPTION!!!!!
I have nearly7.5Gb of music that works out to roughly 60 hours or 700 some songs. I love the arange music option.....saves on tons of clutter that would be in one folder only gripe i have is that the export option seems to think Ac/Dc's "Live (Disc 2)" goes alphabetically before "Live (Disk 1)"Comment
