Caracters support

I think that DbPowerAmp should support caracters of other languages like spanish (ñ, á, í). In my case, i listen too mucho music in spanish.

I think this is already in the workshop - the latest beta of dmc should work with unicode (under winXP), so the support in dAP is probably not far away...
