Add Ability to Open an App's Launcher Window While the App is Running

After closing PerfectTunes, Music Converter, etc. Launcher windows, you have to quit the app to be able to get back to the launcher window (at least in macOS).

If this is something which can be relatively easily fixed, I really wish you would. For example, if I want to run Album Art while working in ID Tags, I have to first quit ID Tags to be able to open the Launcher so I can run Album Art. The same with CD Ripper and Music Converter--if I am ripping CDs, and I want to run Music Converter, I first have to quit Ripper.

This is something which falls under the "general annoyance" category which I would hope could be easily corrected!

There's a semi-hidden way to do this - right click dock icon, choose 'new window'.
I'll add a main menu item to make this more discoverable.
