It would be nice if MMC could remember the "Always Display Track Playing" option from session to session, cause to be honest, why else put it there when you also have the "Show Track Playing" option?

for now it is ment when you are litening to your collection and want to see more info on stuff - I guess...
Yes that would be an improvment - maybe a checkbox somewhere so that you can see what is the state of the function?

The difference between the two options is that "Show Track Playing" only works for one song and then getts reset to "OFF", whereas "Always Display Track Playing" works song after song until you start clicking on the list of songs or edit them or something. At this point the option gets reset to "OFF" because you don;t want to lose what you are looking at when the next song starts (if the option was still "ON", it would jump to the location on the list of the playing song and you will lose the place you were)
