"Rip as One" has scanty documentation

Perhaps I missed it, but the PowerPack "Rip as One" enhancement doesn't have much documentation. I've been puzzling how to get it to work. Something to do with right-clicking, I guess.

I think it is in there somewhere, anyhow you click the button and it shows the layout of the CD from top to bottom. You can set the rip from with the left mouse and rip to with the right mouse button.
