    "Smart" ripping option

It would be handy to have an option for ripping mode that:
    - if the tracks are all in accurate, uses Burst mode
    - if not, uses Safe mode.

This is essentially what secure (Safe?) mode already does. The first pass is basically a burst rip. If the rip matches AccurateRip, the ripper encodes the track and moves on. If the rip does not match, Secure Mode kicks in.

As EliC mentioned the first pass is basically burst, if it's accurate it moves on to the next track.
