Better Multiple Monitor Support

I tend to have the Music Collection window up in a second monitor, however whenever I restart the program it reverts to the main monitor, and if you click the 'Selected Tracks' toolbar button, the popup menu shows up on the main monitor instead of the monitor that MC is displaying on. A few other popups display the same behavior (such as the Set File Arrangement window)
It would be nice if the program paid a bit more attention to the display it was on.

Set My Music Collection to not maximized, but on the 2nd monitor taking up the whole screen - manually size it. Then it will always appear on the 2nd display.
