APEv2 tag reading/writing for Monkey's Audio files

Hi Spoon,

is there any chance we could see APEv2 support for Monkey's Audio files? It seems dBpowerAMP only reads and writes APEv1 tags at the moment.

Thanks a lot for your great work on dBpowerAMP. I have only used it for something like 2 weeks, and I could whip myself for not having tried it earlier, it would have made many things much easier...

I am keeping my eye on Monkeys right now, the APE2 update is currently an alpha monkey release, as soon as it goes beta I will update the codec (there have been a few reported problems).
