Warning of Inaccurate Rip Instead of Eject

Right now the only option for when a rip is completed is to eject or not eject the disk. If it is set up to not eject, the Rip Status shows whether the file ripped accurately or not, but if the disk ejects nothing is shown to indicate whether the rip was accurate.

As I'm sure many do, I do other things while a disk is ripping and can get distracted. I sometimes won't notice a rip is complete for several minutes if I don't have it set to eject the disk, wasting a lot of time if I have several disks to rip.

I think it would be helpful if there were a few more options for post ripping, mainly:

    Don't Eject
    Eject When Complete
Eject When Ripped Accurately & Don't Eject When Inaccurately Ripped and Console Beep

This way you can't miss an inaccurate rip and you still get something letting you know that the rip is complete if you are doing something else.

And some way to supress the "different offset" message box would be nice. I really don't care what offset was used, I only care if the rip was good or not.
