In the next beta yes, if you are in a hurry replace lame_enc.exe with the one from rarewares.org -

Officially Stable version of LAME v3.99 (http://lame.sourceforge.net/) has released 17th October 2011. Please update the dBpoweramp lame mp3 encoder package. or, tell me the process how to replace "lame_enc.exe" and update lame encoder.
