Random Number In Tag

I'd like a way to insert a random number into an ID3 tag during ripping or batch conversion. Ideally, the user could specify the number of digits in the random number. Perhaps this could be a function in Rule Based Manipulation for ID Tag Processing, with a command something like [random,x] where x is the number of digits.

Tried to manipulate the [unique] ? I am not sure whether it could be entered in an ID3 tag though.
