Multichannel ALAC

I don't know exactly if this was reqeusted before, but although it's great, that 24bit alac is know possible, it would be also great if multichannel alac files would be supported (Apple says it is possible). I think there is no way in windows to convert those files (i think on a mac you can use X Lossless Decoder)
