better seeking for large files

I listen to audio books alot, some of these files are 40 minute long.
The standard seek bar is a bit cumbersome for when one needs to
go back 10 or 15 seconds to rehear a part.

P.S. could we also get install options to not enable to tooltip info in explorer?
