Virtual server support

Support for ACE converting files on virtual servers without using a soundcard (particularly .RA and AC3). Works fine for most other file types.

This is something that needs more testing, but I believe that a soundcard (or virtual soundcard driver) could solve this problem.

The codecs for these formats are directshow codecs. It's possible that a (virtual) soundcard is needed to query Direct-X as to which codec should be used to render these file types. This all happens in a layer where dBpoweramp and ACE have no control. If this is the case, then it's definately one for the help/FAQ archive.
