Processor priority adjustment for encoder

I can set the priority for MusicConverter.exe. Increasing this just slows the machine without really changing the CPU usage (I just see 0%).

Setting that priority doesn't change the priority of lame.exe or CoreConverter.exe. It's just using 2-20%. I'd like to boost that up to at least 90%ish.

10x encoding speed, regardless of priority setting, on Core2 Quad CPU @ 2.4 GHz, 3GB RAM.

Set the priority from the Music Converter, but priority does not change the CPU %.
