Dual Processor/Hyper Threading Support

Add Dual Processing and HyperThreading support to DBpowerAMP Music Converter. Convert 2 songs in the time it takes to do one or 2 processors doing the same song (begining & end). But I think this feature would put dmc yet another step ahead of the gang
